Tips and Tricks--Technical
Make sure you date your entry and add your name and e-mail!
--Blinking chat screen--If you get a blinking chat screen and you can't enter any chat messages, the quickest thing is to first try simply refreshing your browser. You'll have to reselect your queues, but the session will still be there waiting for you. If that doesn't work, simply close the chat window (with the "x") and then clear your cache. Then re-enter chat, select your queue and then go into the "My Active" tab to click on your patron. This still should take less than 20 seconds or so.--Bill Pardue, bpardue@ahml.info.
