Susan McGlamery will conduct a free training training session for librarians who are currently participating and need a refresher or are new participants in the national 24/7 Reference Cooperative on Tuesday, February 26th, from 2:00-4:00 p.m Eastern Standard Time (1:00 p.m. CT, 12:00 noon MT, 11:00 a.m. PT). Policies and procedures used in the 24/7 Cooperative will be discussed. This session assumes familiarity with the QuestionPoint software.
