Charlotte Bruce of Olney College will discuss her experiences with AskAway and her incorporation of the Qwidget into Olney's services. She is one of the first Qwidget adopters in IL and will (I'm sure) have wisdom to share with those that are ready to build a Qwidget!
Ellen Schmid and Lynnette Singh of Geneva Public Library will discuss Practitioner to Practitioner Iming and Transferring questions while monitoring

  • John Dey of the Racine Public Library will be our featured speaker on February 21st. He'll be talking about his work as a QuestionPoint backup librarian, and sharing information on the expectations placed on backup librarians, how they operate, and any tips and tricks he's picked up on juggling multiple questions as a backup librarian.
